Here's a post fromCasaSugar Community memberh2urHome fromtheSu Casa group.
My family and I moved into our new home about a year ago. Am I the only one who thinks none of my old stuff goes in my new house? This table has been with me for awhile and even though it was a piece that was only supposed to be transitional I've just not had the heart to get rid of it. It's been in a few places in the new house and nothing was working. The table was just ehhhh.

While my husband and I were out to brunch at one of our favorite places I noticed a cool wall of plates and I thought, Hey I should try that in that empty space in my kitchen. So thus began my process of collecting white plates over the span of a month. I know plates on the wall aren't new, but at that moment it just dawned on me to use it in one of my spaces. That's what I mean by inspiration being everywhere!
After the plates were hung I decided to paint the table black (because I'm painting my kitchen cabinets black) and added a monogrammed pot, my silver pieces, and a plant. Done and super easy!
