Tea kettles are a handy and adorable kitchen accessory in any home. They have a nostalgic appeal to them in many ways. However, lime deposits can build up quickly inside a tea kettle. The simplest and quickest way to banish it is a natural mixture of 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar added to water. Let the solution sit in the tea kettle overnight and then check. If the inside of the kettle still has deposits that are intact, boil another 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar in the kettle for a few minutes. Then let it cool and rinse the kettle out with plain water.
